How we use it.

To deliver your orders, reply within one business day, send reports, and invoice you.

We email you about your orders. Marketing emails only go out if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

What we never do.

We do not sell your data. We do not share client lists. Your clients are your clients — as a white label provider, discretion is the product.

Who we share it with.

Only the processors we need to operate: payment providers, email and hosting services, and analytics. Each is bound by its own data processing agreement.

How long we keep it.

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed or when you ask.

Your rights.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@linkvista.agency and we will action it within 30 days.

Security.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the team members who need it, and we review access regularly.
