Who we are.

LinkVista ([Company legal name]) provides productized SEO services — link building, digital PR, content, local SEO and AI visibility — to agencies, in-house teams and freelancers.

Orders and delivery.

Every service has a defined scope, deliverable and turnaround listed at the point of order. That listing is the contract for that order.

Turnarounds are working-day estimates and start when we have everything we need from you — target URLs, anchors, briefs or access.

Payment.

Orders are paid up front unless your plan states otherwise. Monthly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date.

No contracts. No setup fees. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund work already in progress — see our Refund Policy.

You own the work.

Once an order is delivered and paid for, the deliverables are yours. Resell them, white label them, hand them to clients under your own brand — that is what they are for.

No ranking guarantees.

We guarantee scope, quality and delivery. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic levels or specific search positions — no honest SEO provider can, and Google itself warns against those who do.

Acceptable use.

We decline orders for sites involved in illegal activity, and we may refuse niches we cannot serve to our quality standard. If we decline your order, you get a full refund.

Liability.

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost rankings.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country].
