Data Processing Agreement

When you pass us personal data as part of an order — client contact details, site access, campaign data — we act as your processor. This agreement sets out how that data is handled.
Roles.
You are the controller of the personal data you provide. LinkVista is the processor, acting only on your documented instructions — the order itself.
Scope of processing.
We process the data strictly to deliver the ordered services: outreach, content production, reporting and account administration. Nothing else.
Sub-processors.
We use a limited set of sub-processors — hosting, email delivery, payment processing. A current list is available on request. We remain responsible for their compliance.
Security measures.
Encryption in transit, role-based access limited to the delivery team on your orders, and regular access reviews.
Breach notification.
If a breach affects your data, we notify you without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it, with what we know and what we are doing about it.
Deletion.
On termination, or on request, we delete or return the personal data we hold for you, except where law requires us to retain it.
International transfers.
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
